This has been my go to place for eyelash extensions for YEARS! I always receive compliments on my lashes (saying they look very natural) and people always ask where I go. I’m truly baffled by the few negative reviews. Sounds like a bunch of complainy-pants! Ignore them:) and perhaps something wrong with their lashes because mine last for over a month! I love this place!
The customer service in this place is terrible and unresponsive. The tech butchered my eyebrows and the lashes fell off in less than 5 days. I paid for eyebrows with tinting. She used a little shaving machine and literally cut off a chunk of my eyebrow. An entire piece of my eyebrow is missing, and I only realize this after the tinting wore off which was the next next and was told tinting would last at least 5 days. she darkened them so much. It was hard to tell that a chuck was missing. I’ve called and texted numerous times with no response. Never again. I hope they close this place down
I got 100 lashes and they looked great. One eye looked like it had a little less but to be honest 80 lashes would've been better. The first problem was that my left eye kept burning even days after. Second problem was that by day 4, 50% of the lashes were gone and by day 7, 90% were gone. For the price, tip and taxes it should've lasted. Your better off getting falsies. Customer service was great. A little weird that the staff was hovering over me when I was paying as if I was gonna bolt or something. I wont be returning, but thanks.
